What are your (Branch Gymnastics) qualifications?

At Branch Gymnastics our Staff are well qualified, USAG safety certified and attend professional development courses to keep up with the newest techniques and latest trends.

Branch Gymnastics follows the USA Gymnastics guidelines for instruction, training and coaching. USAG is the national governing body for gymnastics in the United States. We start with proper fundamentals (Level 1-4) and continue with basic progressions which lead to the more difficult skills (Levels 5-7), and then master and perform the most difficult routines (Levels 8-10).

What should my child wear to gymnastics class?

Girls - should wear a leotard or shorts and a T-shirt. No tights! Warm-ups are permitted.

Boys – should wear shorts and a T-shirt. Warm-ups are permitted.

Where can I buy this attire?

Branch Gymnastics Pro-shop carries a variety of leotards, shorts, and T-shirts to purchase.
