These specialty clinics meet the needs of all ages and skills levels and provide extra opportunities for practice and gym time. Available to members only.

Are you looking for a little extra time to make your bars GREAT?  This clinic is for you.  From circling skills, to pullovers and more this clinic will help you to refine your bar skills.  We will keep developing the strength and shapes needed to be confident and successful on bars!

This fun 45 min clinic will consist of a variety of drills, progressions, and strength training to enhance the cartwheel and back walkover. Your child will have the opportunity to work with our trained instructors and utilize our trampolines, tumbltrak, rod floor and spring floor to help them achieve these fundamental skills! This clinic is ideal for children who want to learn a cartwheel and back walkover and for kids that have been introduced to these skills, but desire extra time and assistance. All participants must be at least 6 years old.

Back by popular demand, this fun 45 min clinic will consist of a variety of drills, progressions, and strength training to enhance tumbling, with the goal of mastering a back handspring. Your child will have the opportunity to work with our trained instructors and utilize our trampolines, tumble track, rod floor, and spring floor to help them achieve this fundamental skill! This clinic is ideal for children who want to learn a back handspring and for kids that have been introduced to this skill, but desire extra time and assistance. All participants must be at least 6 years old.

We will utilize gymnastics equipment to build up strength, stamina, and agility, and recreate all the favorite stages and obstacle courses seen on the show. See if you have what it takes to race, climb, swing, roll, flip, bounce, and more like a ninja!

Is your child begging for more time in the gym? Our open gym times may be just the answer! For one hour, your child can work out in the gym in a supervised, structured format, utilizing the different apparatus available. This is a great opportunity to put in extra time on those troublesome skills, work on your favorite event or have tons of fun bouncing on the trampolines. All participants must be at least 6 years old, and non-members are welcome, too!

Trampolines are a fantastic tool for building new skills and developing air awareness. In this 45 minute clinic your child will learn how to safely use a trampoline to learn jumps, drops, spins, and flips. They will use our extremely bouncy spring bed trampolines as well as mats and padding to become more comfortable with their trampoline skills.

In this fast paced 45 minute clinic your child will work with a tumbling instructor on drills and progressions targeted towards learning round-offs and back handsprings. They will use our spring floors, tumble track, and other bouncy and soft surfaces to keep them safe while they build up to higher level skills. This clinic is designed for athletes of all skill levels.
